By accessing or using xaumaster.de ("the Website"), our Telegram bot (@Xaumaster_Official_Bot), or any associated services (collectively "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Traderlifestyle ("we," "us," "our").

XAUMaster provides:

• XAUMaster EA: An Expert Advisor (automated trading algorithm) for MetaTrader 4 that trades the XAU/USD (Gold) pair
• Copy-Trading Strategy: A signal provider strategy on RoboForex that users can subscribe to for copy-trading
• Information & Education: Trading-related content, performance data, and informational resources
• Telegram Bot Support: EA license activation and customer support via Telegram

3. Risk Disclaimer

• Forex, gold, and CFD trading involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
• The use of leverage can work against you as well as for you. You can lose more than your deposited capital.
• Past performance results of XAUMaster EA or the copy-trading strategy are not indicative of future results.
• Automated trading systems are subject to technical failures, connectivity issues, and unforeseen market conditions that can result in losses.
• Market conditions can change rapidly. No trading system can guarantee profits.

6. EA License Terms

License Grant

Upon activation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use XAUMaster EA on your personal MetaTrader 4 account(s) as specified in your license agreement.

Restrictions

• The license is tied to specific MT4 account numbers provided at activation
• You may not share, resell, or sub-license the EA to third parties
• You may not modify, decompile, or create derivative works of the EA
• Commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited

Updates & Support

We provide updates and support at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the EA at any time. License holders will be notified of major changes where possible.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate delivery of the EA file/activation, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after license activation. In case of technical issues preventing EA usage, please contact our support team.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Traderlifestyle and XAUMaster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• We are not liable for trading losses incurred while using XAUMaster EA or the copy-trading strategy.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from broker execution issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events.
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You use all Services at your own risk.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

XAUMaster participates in the RoboForex affiliate program. Links to RoboForex on this website are affiliate/partner links. If you open an account through our link, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay or the services you receive. Our recommendations are based on our genuine use and assessment of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the XAUMaster EA software — is the property of Traderlifestyle and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

11. Changes to Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Palau, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palau.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, which these Terms do not override.
